Important Information

  • Your initial deposit is 50% of your quoted price unless you have received a prior written authorization for payment accommodations.
  • Final payment is due 30 days before the start of your event. Prior to this point 100% of the deposit is refundable minus a non-refundable fee of $250.
  • After final payment a partial refund is available until 15 days prior to your event. This partial refund is equal to 50% of the payed amount or the cost of items already purchased for the event, whichever is greater.
  • No refunds of deposits or payments are given after 14 days prior to the event.
